Add BlogSpot Custom Domain<\/h2>\n

Here i am sharing the complete method of how to add BlogSpot custom domain<\/p>\n

So if you want to add your own domain name to your Blogger Blog, please follow the steps…<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/h3>\n

Sign in to Blgger<\/a><\/p>\n

Go to Settings \u2192 Basic<\/b><\/p>\n

And click on Setup a 3rd party URL for your blog<\/b><\/p>\n

Enter your domain name with www<\/b><\/p>\n

I assume that you have purchased your domain from GoDaddy…<\/b><\/p>\n

After entering the domain name it will give you the two CNAME<\/b> records which will contains the two Host adress <\/b>& two Points to adress<\/b><\/p>\n

and four A records which will needed in the next step.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/h3>\n

Sign in to your GoDaddy account and click on My Products<\/b><\/p>\n

then click on the DNS <\/b>in front of your domain<\/p>\n

In this case i will use my domain islamiclibraries.us<\/b><\/p>\n

Here you will add the two CNAME<\/b> records and four A<\/b> records<\/p>\n

In the Records <\/b>section click on ADD<\/b> for adding the records<\/p>\n

First<\/i> CNAME <\/b><\/i>record<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Select the CNAME <\/b>in Type and enter the first Host record<\/b> in Host then, enter the first Points to record<\/b> in Points to, and click on Save <\/b>button.<\/p>\n

The second<\/i> CNAME<\/i><\/b> reco<\/i>rd<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Click again on ADD <\/b>, select type CNAME <\/b>, enter the second Host <\/b>& Points to <\/b>records<\/p>\n

Save it<\/p>\n

Note: <\/i><\/b>if you have already <\/i>CNAME <\/b>record then just edit them by clicking on the edit icon<\/i>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The first<\/i> A <\/i><\/b>record<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Like the CNAME<\/b> records add the A records<\/b><\/p>\n

Select A <\/b>the <\/b>record type, enter @ in Host<\/b> and enter 216.239.32.21<\/b><\/span> <\/b>in Points to<\/b><\/p>\n

Save it.<\/p>\n

The second <\/i>A<\/i><\/b> record<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Select A <\/b>the <\/b>record type, enter @ in Host<\/b> and enter 216.239.34.21<\/b><\/span> <\/b>in Points to<\/b><\/p>\n

Save it.<\/p>\n

Third <\/i>A <\/b><\/i>record<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Select A <\/b>the <\/b>record type, enter @ in Host<\/b> and enter 216.239.36.21<\/b><\/span> <\/b>in Points to<\/b><\/p>\n

Save it.<\/p>\n

Fourth <\/i>A<\/b><\/i> record<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Select A <\/b>the <\/b>record type, enter @ in Host<\/b> and enter 216.239.38.21<\/b><\/span> <\/b>in Points to<\/b><\/p>\n

Save it.<\/p>\n

Six records has been added successfully<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/h3>\n

Now come back to your Blogger <\/b>Settings and click on Save <\/b>button.<\/p>\n

If it gives you<\/p>\n

“We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. Error 9.”<\/b><\/p>\n

error yet, then wait an hour and click on Save<\/b> button.<\/p>\n

(Add BlogSpot Custom Domain)<\/p>\n

Now you can access your Blogger Blog <\/b>with your custom domain.<\/p>\n
